Either on a weekly, bi-weekly, or sporadic basis, we:

· Verify water and electricity (flush WC, check A/C, hot and cold water)
· Air out the propery to avoid humidity build up
· Check for humidity or insect problems.
· Water plants.
· Check all window and door locks.

We will also check the property after major storms.
Cleaning:
We offer both a deep cleaning (a 70-point cleaning that includes cleaning terrace tiles, all drawers and cabinents, and much much more) and a standard cleaning (a 37-point cleaning that includes laundry, mopping, dusting, and much more ) before your stay, during your stay, and between stays.
Maintenance:
Whether it´s light gardening or complicated electrical changes, we will be happy to arrange for any maintenance services, during or between visits. Some of the most common services are:
